With an extensive portfolio of successful transactions, Jamie Lou's expertise spans a wide range of property types, including single-family homes, luxury residences, and investment properties. She possesses in-depth knowledge of market trends, accurate pricing strategies, new construction projects, property flipping, and efficient property management. In addition to her accomplishments in Real Estate, Jamie Lou is also a licensed commerical pilot and the founder of Girls Love To Fly, a non-profit flight school exclusively for girls. She obtained her pilot's license and now utilizes her expertise to train aspiring female aviators. Jamie Lou holds various flight ratings, including Certified Flight Instructor and many others.. She is proficient in flying commercial jet types such as the CL30 Challenger Aircraft, CE-525S Citation Jet, and BE200 King Air. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jamie Lou embraces an active lifestyle. You can often find her skiing the slopes of Lake Tahoe or practicing yoga at a local studio.
